He has arrests at a younger age evidenced by the younger mugshots, but the charges

are recorded back only to 2002.

Leeroy Stephenson lived in a nice 50s neighborhood, just outside of Tulsa County.

However, this neighborhood has other unsolved homicides, mainly from the 80s - 2000s

(Tommie Lee Jones, 2/8/1980, 717 N Yukon) (James Garrett, 9/10/1995, 1819 W Indepen.)

They don't appear to be related, though it is notable that Garrett and Stepehenson's

homicides are slightly similar. Both black men in their 20s shot during apparent

break-ins, with no arrests made. It was not said if Stephenson was robbed.

The home at 703 N Yukon in August 2011.
